Ground

Fignix product 03
FigVid turns a repository, your docs, or a release into a narrated technical short — grounded in the source, cited scene by scene, and rendered to an MP4 you can post.

Four stages, each resumable
Point FigVid at a GitHub repository, uploaded docs, or a URL. It indexes the source, retrieves the passages that matter, and cites them scene by scene.
A scene plan built from nine shapes — title, code, terminal, diagram, screenshot, stat, diff, table, bullets — with narration written to a target length.
Synthesize the voice track through Sarvam, OpenAI, or ElevenLabs, then time every scene to the audio it actually produced.
Compose the video with your style preset, music bed, transitions, and captions, and hand back a 1080×1920 MP4.
What comes out
Real code with the important lines lit up, terminals, diagrams, tables, and your own product screenshots, with captions timed to the narration. These frames are from shorts FigVid rendered — light or dark, in your brand colours.

Start with a sentence
Describe the video and press generate. Defaults handle the rest. When you want more control, ground it on a repository or uploaded docs, add screenshots, split a topic into a series, or choose the model, voice, and length.

Edit the words, not a timeline
Every scene is a structured block: narration, on-screen content, and the sources it was written from. Rewrite a line, reorder scenes, or ask AI to redo a single scene — then update the video with one click.

No surprises on the bill
Every embedding, model call, and second of narration is recorded against the run that made it. See tokens and dollars per stage, with per-run budgets and a monthly quota that stop a runaway job before it spends.

GitHub integration
Install the FigVid GitHub App on a repository and publishing a release produces a short about what changed — cloned at the tag, grounded in the release notes and docs. Or pick any connected repository and make one on demand.
Start with what you have
Bring a repository or a folder of docs, type one sentence, and watch the video render. Your Fignix account is all you need.
