Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using a Fignix service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Fignix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. Additional written terms may apply to a paid product, training engagement, partnership, or enterprise service.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in methods. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share an account, impersonate another person, create accounts through deceptive or automated means, or use another person’s credentials. You must be legally capable of entering into these terms. Users under the age of majority should use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
Fignix services
Fignix develops applied AI products, technical courses, hands-on labs, community resources, and pathways to potential professional opportunities. Features may be free, paid, experimental, preview-only, or subject to separate commercial terms.
We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of a service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate, but we do not promise that every feature or item of content will remain available indefinitely.
Course access and learning materials
Course access is personal and non-transferable. Unless Fignix expressly permits otherwise, you may use course text, diagrams, examples, lab files, and downloadable materials only for your own learning or your organization’s authorized training.
You may not republish a course, resell access, operate a competing content library from the materials, remove attribution, or distribute account-gated content to people who do not have access. Open-source lab components remain governed by any license supplied with those components.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fignix to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt security, bypass access controls, scrape protected content at scale, interfere with other users, or use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable load on the service.
You may not attempt to obtain another user’s data or account, reverse engineer protected systems except where law expressly permits it, or misrepresent Fignix content, credentials, affiliations, or outcomes.
Intellectual property
Fignix and its licensors retain all rights in the website, branding, software, course content, designs, documentation, and other materials except where a separate license expressly says otherwise. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you permit Fignix to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
Third-party services
Fignix may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Google, Clerk, Vercel, Neon, GitHub, Meetup, model providers, and open-source software. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Fignix is not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.
Examples and labs may require software, cloud accounts, APIs, or infrastructure supplied by third parties. You are responsible for reviewing their pricing, licenses, security, and terms before using them.
Learning, product, and career outcomes
Technical content is provided for education and general information. Examples and labs may need adaptation before production use. You remain responsible for architecture, security, compliance, cost, backups, and operational decisions in your own environment.
Course completion does not guarantee mastery, certification, admission to a job pool, an interview, employment, compensation, or any particular professional outcome. Product descriptions and demonstrations do not constitute a promise that every capability is generally available.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Fignix at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay an applicable fee, or misuse the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and obligations that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fignix services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Fignix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the services.
We may update these terms as the services or legal requirements change. The revised terms become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by applicable law.
